Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategy across the portfolio.

• Manage pricing, inventory, and restrictions across all channels.

• Forecast demand and monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and pace.

• Optimise channel mix and ensure rate parity and distribution performance.

• Provide competitor and market analysis to support pricing decisions.

• Align with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations on commercial actions.

• Maintain accurate revenue systems, reporting, and controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, ideally multi-property.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Solid knowledge of OTA, wholesale, and direct channel dynamics.

• Experience with forecasting, reporting, PMS, and channel managers.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and confident in data-led decision making.
