Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy across ST Hotels, ST Properties, Novotel Malta Sliema, and other group businesses.

Define and maintain clear brand positioning and consistency across all channels.

Plan and deliver revenue-focused campaigns supporting occupancy, direct bookings, F and B traffic, and property leads.

Oversee digital marketing, websites, paid campaigns, SEO, social media, and content performance.

Manage content calendars, creative direction, activations, and brand campaigns.

Support PR, partnerships, reputation management, and launch communications.

Coordinate marketing needs across multiple business units and align with Sales, Revenue, and Operations.
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting, performance tracking, and external agencies.
Requirements

Proven marketing management experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or multi-brand environments.

Strong commercial mindset with focus on measurable results and ROI.

Solid digital marketing, content, and campaign management expertise.

Experience managing multiple brands or properties simultaneously.

Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Confident with digital platforms, CMS, analytics, and social media tools.

Organised, proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
