Is the reception desk open 24/7?

Yes, you can both call and visit the reception every minute of the day. You can find the phone number in your room next to the phone or with the link below.

Does hotel have luggage storage room?

Yes, we do provide luggage storage facilities. Kindly speak with our front office team for further information.

What is the standard of the check in / check out time?

Check-in from 14:00 onwards, while Check-out is any time till 11:00 am
For early check in or late check out, please contact Reception for availability and charge.

Is there any deposit required on check in?

On check-in, the reception asks for € 100 cash deposit alternatively you may leave you credit card details

Where is the nearest Bank / Currency Bureau?

A Bank is available within 5 minutes walking distance away from the Hotel

Which credit cards are accepted in the Hotel?

You may by Visa Card or Master Card

What is the pet policies?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept pets in the Hotel, however we accepts pets in our sister Blubay Apartments

How far is the nearest clinic?

The Gzira Health Center is within 5 minutes walking distance

Is there a Doctor in Hotel?

A Doctor is available on call, you may contact the reception for further information

Do you offer Parking Facilities?

Yes! ST hotels offers a parking facility for its In-House Guests at € 12 per car per day. We also offer the same facility for Non-Guests at €15 per car per day. ST Car Park is situated at 51 Belvedere Street, Gzira. Parking spaces are limited and are subject to availability.

How close are you to the Malta International Airport?

The Hotel is approx 12 km away to the Malta International Airport

Does Hotel provide Airport taxi services?

ST Hotels offer a shuttle service from Airport to Hotel at €20.00 per booking for 1 to 4 persons and €30.00 per booking for 5 to 8 persons. A surcharge for late shuttle service between 22:00hrs – 06:45hrs will incur an additional supplement of €5.00.

Can I take a bus from Airport to the Hotel?

You may take the bus X2, near the Malta International Airport and stop at the Ponsonby Stop – Gzira/ Sliema. The stop is in front of the Bayview Hotel.

What time is breakfast served?

Buffet Breakfast is served between 07:00 hrs and 10:00 hrs at the Seastar restaurant which is located on Level one.

Can I book excursions in the hotel?

Yes, at the Hotel we have a Tour Desk that can assist you with any tours

Do you offer special packages for Group Bookings?

Are there any electrical adaptors available in the rooms?

An adaptor is provided within room. Extra adaptors can be requested from Reception and are subject to availability.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

We can provide wheelchair accessible room but are subject to availability and are on a request basis. All accessible rooms are land view

Am I allowed to smoke in my room?

All rooms are non-smoking however, smoking is permitted within outdoor areas.

Is there any safe in the room?

All the rooms have a safe. You may contact reception for a safe key which is against a deposit. A rental fee will apply accordingly

Do you offer cleaning?

Cleaning is offered daily, including Towel change. Linen change is offered every 4th day

Do you offer Internet in Hotel?

Free WI-FI is available in the Hotel room and certain public area

Is there any hair dryer in the room?

You may find a hair dryer in each room of the hotel

Bayview Hotel

What kind of facilities can I find at St Bayview?

The hotel provides complimentary use of an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and fitness room for in house guest.

What are the facilities for children?

Hotel offers small play area for 2-8 years and an outdoor children’s pool

Azur Hotel

What kind of facilities can I find at the hotel?

The hotel provides complimentary use of a fitness room for in house guest.

Blubay Apartments & Suites

Is the apartment I booked located within the Blubay main building?

Your apartment will be situated in one of our buildings. All annex buildings are located within a 350 meters radius of the ST Blubay Suites central complex.

Where do I check-in and check-out?

All Guest’s must check-in and check-out at ST Blubay Suites central complex. During check-in our front office staff will assist you in reaching your allocated apartment.

Is the apartment pet friendly?

Yes, the apartment is pet friendly.
* Pets are to be Pre-booked at booking stage. And to point it out on check in at the reception Desk
* € 100 cash deposit is required for any damages. Deposit is refunded on check out, after checked by the ST Hotels Staff.  Guests are responsible for any damages found. Should extensive cleaning is necessary beyond the normal cleaning, additional fee will apply
* Pets must be in a crate or pet carrier when unattended in room
* Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the apartment
* Guests should be responsible for cleaning after their pets in rooms and when are around the hotel
*  In General, any noise that distract other guests is not accepted. Therefore barking in the hotel is not acceptable. Upon the 2nd disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.
* Housekeeping Service can only take place once pet are not in the rooms

Can I use other ST Hotel facilities?

Yes, you are welcome to use the swimming facilities,dining facilities and other services available at our sister Hotel ST Bayview.

Is a washing machine available in my apartment?

Washing machines are only available in certain Two and Three Bedroom Apartments. Kindly speak with our reservation team for further information.

Does the apartment offer cleaning material?

Unfortunately we do not provide any sort of cleaning product and equipment. However, our housekeeping staff provides a cleaning service once a day between 09:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs.

Is the apartment kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, all kitchens within the apartments are fully stocked including an electric hob, electric oven, extractor and various kitchen utensils.

Sliema Hotel

What kind of facilities can I find at St Sliema?

The hotel provides a spacious terrace on the top floor and another on terrace on the second floor

Can I take a bus from Airport to the Hotel?

You may take the bus X2, near the Malta International Airport and stop at the Ferries Stop. Sliema Hotel is on the opposite side of the road
